Great for freezer jam
I crushed more than 1/2 and made a pretty decent freezer jam.3/4 cups of freeze dried strawberry pieces weighs about 40-60 grams and with sugar and thickener makes about 2 cups of jam.

This is great with oatmeal. I usually use the apple powder. This is nice to change it up. Half a tbsp is enough for 1 bowl, so the 1 lb will go a long way. Nice for flavouring plain yogurt.
