Wasn't sure what to expect, as a new customer. Wow! We're just eating this stuff dry, by the spoonful so far, ¬ yet adding into curds, buttercreams, etc. as planned.
Tart, bright, tangy flavour as expected... BUT, the pleasant surprise is how gently sweet it is, too. I thought maybe a tad bitter, without sugar.
Nope, this is just bloody perfect! 👌🏼
PS. I see some unhappiness about seeds. I actually like the mild crunch/pop of the odd seed. I THINK it'd be fairly easy to sift them out, or blitz into a smaller powder.
