Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across Canada.
We're excited to announce that shipping to the contiguous U.S. states has resumed! Orders weighing less than 10 lbs are now eligible for shipping.
Local customers are also welcome to pick up their orders at our factory:

How do you ship the products?
- Within Canada: Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator
- U.S.: Canada Post/USPS
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders ship from our B.C. warehouse, unless otherwise noted.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment under normal conditions. Processing and shipping times may be longer during holidays. Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to shipping delays. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly.
Canada
- British Columbia and Alberta: 3–7 business days
- Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories: 5–15 business days.
- Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote communities may require additional transit time due to weather, seasonal conditions, limited transportation schedules or carrier disruptions.
Why am I seeing “Shipping not available” at checkout?
We currently have a 90 lb weight limit on online orders.
