Vancouver Freeze Dry

I love this in my home we make a dupe Starbucks drink but my kid also loves them plain and says they kinda turn into a gummy consistency. They are a bit sour and the seeds are larger but my family loves it.

These are a must for making tazo lemonade Starbucks drink at home! I also love it with the passion fruit!

Our family really enjoyed the freeze dried strawberries. Some thought the real strawberry flavor was so incredibly intense that they served them on whipping cream. They weren't crumbled but kept their more original sliced shape. Thank you so much for an amazing way to keep strawberries!

I received my order of freeze dried strawberry very quickly, in one piece. There is a lot of it! Delicate, sweet and tangy powder. Just what I was looking for! Will be using it to flavour and colour buttercreams as well add extra flavouring to strawberry dishes.

I preferred the old packaging- friends who are into preserving food made good use of them. No takers for the new style.
