Bought it for the numerous health benefits it provides. I have suffered with moderate to severe UC for over 8 months. Mezavant didn’t provide much relief for my UC. IV Remicade after 5 doses only very temporary relief. Don’t know dose to take of freeze dried pomegranate powder, looked it up and saw suggestions of 1-2 tsps a day. Took 2 tsps for 4 days - missed 1 day. The 5th day noticed significant improvement in UC that has lasted so far for 4 days - unprecedented relief in the last 8 months. Either the IV Remicade finally worked or the freeze dried pomegranate powder had something to do with it. Will continue to take freeze dried pomegranate powder. Not a strong taste to it. Dissolves easily. Very happy with purchase, quality and delivery.

We love to snack on these. Kids like them in their breakfast cereal too. Crunchy. Love that they're no sugar added.

I crushed more than 1/2 and made a pretty decent freezer jam.3/4 cups of freeze dried strawberry pieces weighs about 40-60 grams and with sugar and thickener makes about 2 cups of jam.

These are delicious, but very sour on their own. We put them on our cereal, where the milk and the carbs help to dampen the sour flavour. Still a 5/5.

I was worried these were going to be sour, but they are deliciously sweet and nice and crunchy. They go together well with the tartness of the cinnamon covered apples.

The apples are soft but crisp, the cinnamon is generously covering each piece, and we've started eating them like potato chips.
