Raspberry Power Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1 banana, frozen
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon freeze-dried raspberry powder
1 handful spinach
Instructions:
Add the almond milk to a blender.
Add the frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, vanilla protein powder, honey, freeze-dried raspberry powder, and spinach to the blender.
Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
the raspberry powder is excellent, and the team is very professional.
So after purchasing several different freeze dried powders on amazon and wondering why they not only didn't taste fresh, but tasted wayyyyyy sweeter then they should I noticed that most of the products on amazon not only contain maltodextrin but in the quantities bordering on the absurd. Like over 50% added Maltodextrin.... Insanity!
However no such additives found in VFD! On top of that, the flavour is abso -freakin-lovely!

The raspberry powder is a great quality, with no visible seeds. Great for including in my macaron mix. Color, flavor and texture are all perfect for me! Amazing price too!
They’ve dried the entire berry including the seeds so you get a woody flavour that fairly noticeable. It’s extremely high in fiber if that’s what you’re looking for, but not great as a fine bakery ingredient. If they freeze dried the juice only it would be a product I could recommend. A bit of a disappointment.
