• 1 cup freeze-dried raspberries
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 egg white
• Pinch of salt

Instructions:

• Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• In a food processor or blender, pulse the freeze-dried raspberries until they are broken down into small pieces or a fine powder.
• In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, egg white, and pinch of salt until it becomes a thick, white mixture.
• Add the freeze-dried raspberry pieces to the bowl and stir gently until the raspberry pieces are evenly coated.
• Using a spoon, drop the coated raspberry pieces onto the prepared baking sheet in small, bite-sized portions, leaving some space in between each piece.
• Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the raspberry pieces are dry and crispy to the touch.
