Recipe Idea – Freeze-Dried Raspberry Meringues:
Ingredients: 1 cup freeze-dried raspberries; 1/4 cup sugar; 1 egg white; pinch of salt
Instructions: Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment. Pulse freeze-dried raspberries into fine powder or small granules. Whisk sugar, egg white and salt until thick and white. Fold in raspberry granules. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake 45–50 minutes until dry and crisp. Cool completely before serving.
