They are a great healthy snack...especially at night when I have the munchies. I can finally feel virtuous about my late-night snacking! My family and I LOVE the freeze-dried berries. I just wish I knew about them sooner when I was packing school lunches or they would have been a staple. They are great to snack on during the day and ESPECIALLY at night when we have the munchies...they keep us away from the unhealthy stuff we used to snack on before.
