Feb 10 Update: Orders Are Moving Again

February 10 update: Checkout and shipping are back up and running as we continue our warehouse maintenance. Stock and fulfillment capacity remain limited for now. Thank you for your continued patience and support.

On January 27, we temporarily paused operations at our warehouse facility to accommodate maintenance and operational reviews.

In line with normal procedures for food facilities, checkout and shipping have been placed on hold while inspections and maintenances are completed. At the same time, we are preparing for the next phase of production and fulfillment once all clearances are in place. Based on current timelines, this process is expected to take approximately 2-4 weeks.

During this period, existing orders may experience delays, and in certain cases, orders may be canceled with a full refund. Affected customers will be contacted directly by email with next steps.
