Warehouse & Shipping Update

On January 27, we temporarily paused operations at our warehouse facility to accommodate maintenance and operational reviews.

In line with normal procedures for food facilities, shipping has been placed on hold while inspections and maintenances are completed. At the same time, we are preparing for the next phase of production and fulfillment once all clearances are in place. Based on current timelines, this process is expected to take approximately 2-4 weeks.

During this period, some orders may experience delays, and in certain cases, orders may be canceled with a full refund. Affected customers will be contacted directly by email with next steps.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and will provide updates as they become available.
