The flavor is great — you can tell it is from the 'whole' orange, peal and all.
I wish it were not so "finely" powdered ... it is 'finer' than flour. The reason I say that is because when working with it, I almost need to get a mask. Even taking a scoop and gently puting in in a mixing bowl, the fine dust billows up. If I were to have production [especially with employees], I would surely have to have dust masks used. Again, the flavor is great. Five star flavor.

It's such a simple way to add some orange flavor to foods without artificial flavorings. I've tried it with vanilla greek yogurt and with salad dressings -- worked great in each case. It has a strong citrus flavor and not too sweet. In general, it feels good knowing it's just real fruit.

I am very pleased with the quality of these whole freezedried strawberries! They are sweet and a little sour, exactly as they should be. They're perfect snack for any time of the day. I bought them to kick my candy craving at night, and they definitely did the trick. I've offered some to friends and children of friends, and they won't stop asking for more! I'm sure they will be ordering soon enough. I ate another in the taking of this photo! 😀

This is the second time I have purchased 2 lbs of unsweetened strawberry granules, we use them on top of baked desserts, chocolates, in fruit dips, icecream.
Sure it is a large amount but they have completely upgraded my smoothie game. The vibrant flavour really punches up the fruitiness when mixed with frozen fruit.
