I started to use freeze dried powder after doing my research. Freezed dried retains its nutritional Efficacy. Further more it requires much less to neet daily requirements. This means much more for far less. I choose VFD, first because it is a Canadian Company, but most importantly because the product has a fantastic shelf life and there are no additives or preservatives. The freeze dried blueberries were delivered in 2 days. I use this in my smoothies. The powder rehydrated well and it was packed with flavour.
