Tart Cherry powder
I bought it because tart cherry concentrate is prohibitively expensive (which I take for gout).
I mix the powder with water. It seems to do the medicinal trick but the taste is lacking.

This is great with oatmeal. I usually use the apple powder. This is nice to change it up. Half a tbsp is enough for 1 bowl, so the 1 lb will go a long way. Nice for flavouring plain yogurt.
