Home-Made Pineapple Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
• 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 cup freeze-dried pineapple powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Optional: 1/4 cup crushed freeze-dried pineapple pieces

Instructions:

1. Whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Don’t over-whip.
2. In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, pineapple powder, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Fold the pineapple mixture gently into the whipped cream. Optionally fold in crushed pineapple pieces.
4. Transfer to a lidded freezer-safe container. Smooth the top.
5. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
