Recipe: Peachy Probiotic Freezer Crumbles
Ingredients:
- 1 cup freeze-dried yellow peaches
- 1 tablespoon probiotic powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Water (as needed)
Instructions:
- In a food processor or blender, pulse the freeze-dried yellow peaches until they are broken down into small pieces or a fine powder.
- In a mixing bowl, add the peach powder, probiotic powder (if using), honey, cinnamon, and pinch of salt. Stir well to combine.
- Gradually add water, a tablespoon at a time, and stir until the mixture forms a thick paste.
- Using a spoon, scoop the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper or a silicone mat, and spread it out into a thin layer.
- Place the parchment paper or silicone mat on a baking sheet, and put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until the mixture is firm.
- Once the mixture is firm, break it into small pieces or crumble it into a powder, and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.

Nicole Lesperance So when I looked on the website I did not read anything about added yogurt or sugar which is why I bought them. Once I got the package the ingredients mention these two and I’m allergic to dairy. So I’m disappointed. Not too sure what I’m going to do with these.
