Recipe: Freeze-Dried Cranberry Powder Dessert

Ingredients:

1 cup freeze-dried cranberry powder
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
Fresh cranberries (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the freeze-dried cranberry powder, Greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup. Stir until smooth.
Adjust sweetness to taste, as cranberry tartness may vary.
Divide into serving bowls or glasses.
Garnish with fresh cranberries, if desired.

I'm satisfied with this product, it's the real thing, no sugar added. I use it in shakes, teas, in water or sprinkled over anything really.

Fantastic, but not water soluble

This product did not work for my needs (I make non-alc drink products). I think making the non-soluble quality of these products more pronounced in their description is a good idea. That being said, for any non-soluble uses, this product is beautiful and great quality.

Tasty

Quite tasty, not too sweet or bitter, does taste a lot like cranberries. Color is just as vibrant as pictured, perhaps just a tpuch darker but probably due to lighting.
