I saw freeze dried blueberries acclaimed as a nutrient in a scientific journal. I wanted to support a local supplier, and I am so glad I did. I use the blueberries every day in porridge, salads, and snacks. I will definitely purchase again. They are delicious.

Pretty well the worst example of any dried blueberry I have tried. Bland,
and without a real blueberry flavour or zip. Very disappointing.

The freeze-drying process removes water more completely, resulting in a lighter, crunchier texture and sometimes a milder flavor.
