Pulse freeze-dried raspberries into fine powder or small granules. Whisk sugar, egg white and salt until thick and white. Fold in raspberry granules. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet. The product is just what I’m looking for to add strong (natural) flavour to my baking….i just wish that I could have purchased in smaller quantities as I only bake for family and friends.

I love how there’s no added sugar !!!! I love to take them with me on the go or just as a snack at home. They’re very crunchy and melts in your mouth. I also love putting them in my oatmeal bowls for breakfast

The best toddler snack!
My son has loved these since he has been one, he’s very texture sensitive with soft or mushy things but loves anything crunchy. Fresh fruit is always a hit or miss with him but he will eat handfuls of these strawberries no problem. They are my favourite healthy snack that is so easy to pack and go!
The only thing I’d like to see improved is how many crumbs and dust you get in each bag, because it seems so wasteful to toss that at the end of the bag.
