Will Your Order Be Delayed? What to Know About the Canada Post Strike Effective Sept. 26, 2025

We want to inform you that, as of the evening of September 25, 2025, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers has launched a national strike. 

What This Means for You:

• We’ll ship by alternative methods such as UPS or Purolator whenever possible.
• Orders already shipped via Canada Post may experience delays.
• Deliveries to P.O. boxes, remote addresses, or U.S. addresses fulfilled from our Vancouver warehouse may be more significantly affected.
• American clients ordering from our Seattle inventory are not impacted.

What You Can Do:

• If possible, please provide a non–P.O. box shipping address where alternate carriers such as UPS or Purolator can deliver.
• Track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation.
