Will Your Order Be Delayed? What to Know About the Canada Post Overtime Ban
Important Shipping Update – Canada Post Strike Effective May 23, 2025
We want to inform you that, as of May 23, 2025, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers has begun a legal strike action, which includes a nationwide halt to overtime work. This may cause delays in deliveries handled by Canada Post, particularly to P.O. boxes, remote areas, and U.S. addresses shipped from our Vancouver warehouse.
What This Means for You:
- Orders shipped via Canada Post may experience delays.
- Deliveries to P.O. boxes, remote addresses, or U.S. addresses fulfilled from our Vancouver warehouse may be more significantly affected.
- Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse or via UPS/Purolator are not impacted and will continue as usual.
What You Can Do:
- If possible, please provide a non–P.O. box shipping address where alternate carriers such as UPS or Purolator can deliver.
- Track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
