delicious crunchy snack. smells pleasant. good for soup making. just add water to rehydrate and blend with cream. very easy
So far, I have used this pumpkin to make pumpkin bread, which turned out great , I plan to make some pumpkin soup and stews with it. My dog loves it too. I mash the pumpkin in with his canned dog food to add more fiber and nutrients to his diet. The pumpkin is chopped into nice small chunks . π
