Where do you ship to?

We ship to Canada and the United States.

Local customers are also welcome to pick up their orders at our factory:

How do you ship the products?

  • Within Canada: Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator
  • To the United States: USPS

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders ship from our B.C. warehouse, unless otherwise noted. 

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment under normal conditions. Processing and shipping times may be longer during holidays. Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to shipping delays. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly.

Canada

  • B.C. & Alberta: 3–7 business days
  • Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories: 8-14 business Days
  • Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days

United States

  • Within the U.S.: 3–8 business days

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs clearance.

Why am I seeing “Shipping not available” at checkout?

We currently have a 90 lb weight limit on online orders.

For orders over 90 lbs, please email inquiry@vfdfood.com for a custom shipping quote.

U.S. customers can order select products shipped directly from our Seattle, Washington warehouse.

Within the U.S.: 3–8 business days
