I have tried all the garbage freeze-dried powders & they don’t taste like anything. Found this company online and they are exactly what I’m looking for. They taste exactly as they should and are perfectly ground. Will buy again. Highly recommend.

I use these strawberries in one of my products- a summer time tea blend, and it sells like hot cakes. The berries never hold moisture or clump together in the bag either- which I like from a quality and best by stand point.
What a wonderful way to preserve strawberries! I just made strawberry scones, using these freeze dried strawberries from VFD and they provided such a big strong flavour of strawberries with only 3/4 of a cup. I will be using these in many other recipes and they are packaged really well and they were shipped quickly.
