Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg white
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor or blender, pulse the freeze-dried strawberries into small pieces or powder.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk sugar, egg white, and salt until thick and glossy.
- Gently fold in the strawberry pieces until evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until dry and crisp.
- Let cool completely before serving.
We are enjoying these in cereal, baking and just snacking. Highly recommend.

The product so far is great. Great price and flavor. However, shipping is very expensive. Once the box showed up it was damaged, looked open and like it was thrown from a truck. For the price I would expect it to be packaged better.
These taste amazing, but unfortunately they have added sugar. It is easy to miss when purchasing them that sugar is added, as the added sugar is not mentioned in the description, and is only in the ingredients.
The product is called "freeze-dried strawberries - diced" which implies that the product is only strawberries in contrast to the "sliced for baking or snacks" product they sell. The product should be named to reflect that sugar has been added "freeze-dried strawberries - diced, sweetened."
