Great for freezer jam
I crushed more than 1/2 and made a pretty decent freezer jam.3/4 cups of freeze dried strawberry pieces weighs about 40-60 grams and with sugar and thickener makes about 2 cups of jam.

The strawberries are of good quality, no added sugar, and good size pieces for miximg into things (not good for snacking as the pieces are too small)

Just received these dehydrated strawberries, they are perfect for making strawberry crunch topping. The bag was larger than I expected which is a good thing!! I just wish shipping wasn't so expensive

This is great with oatmeal. I usually use the apple powder. This is nice to change it up. Half a tbsp is enough for 1 bowl, so the 1 lb will go a long way. Nice for flavouring plain yogurt.
