Pulse freeze-dried raspberries into fine powder or small granules. Whisk sugar, egg white and salt until thick and white. Fold in raspberry granules. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet. The product is just what I’m looking for to add strong (natural) flavour to my baking….i just wish that I could have purchased in smaller quantities as I only bake for family and friends.

Like sweet little French fries
These were delicious and the way they’re cut into French fry shapes make them fun to eat. Growing up I only ate the soft spongy dried apple rings but these ones are more crispy.

Tasty and crunchy. I bought the 26.46 lb bulk pack and repackaged them into about 33 large Ziploc bags with a desiccant. I gave some to relatives and they all said they loved these figs.
These mango bits were so tasty and in the perfect little shapes. I was using them for my overnight oats, and it was the perfect size, texture and flavour. Great job!
