These were just ok. Crispy texture with some of the pear grittiness, but the flavour didn't stand out; it was just sweet. I've had the pear chunks and liked them better.

I use these strawberries in one of my products- a summer time tea blend, and it sells like hot cakes. The berries never hold moisture or clump together in the bag either- which I like from a quality and best by stand point.
What a wonderful way to preserve strawberries! I just made strawberry scones, using these freeze dried strawberries from VFD and they provided such a big strong flavour of strawberries with only 3/4 of a cup. I will be using these in many other recipes and they are packaged really well and they were shipped quickly.
