My family and I LOVE the freeze-dried berries. I just wish I knew about them sooner when I was packing school lunches or they would have been a staple. They are great to snack on during the day and ESPECIALLY at night when we have the munchies...they keep us away from the unhealthy stuff we used to snack on before. They are so light and airy, with a sweet tartness to them and they're so good! I made the mistake of giving my 4 year old one and now he begs me for "rainbow worms" all the time. Don't do what I did! Hide them from your kids and keep them for yourself. I had to put them into a mini mason jar to help with portion control
