Quite strong in milk powder, almost a bit bordering cheese. Friend thought it was cheesecake. Not quite the strawberry milk flavor I had in mind, but it is still decently good, would've liked more strawberry flavor.

I am very pleased with the quality of these whole freezedried strawberries! They are sweet and a little sour, exactly as they should be. They're perfect snack for any time of the day. I bought them to kick my candy craving at night, and they definitely did the trick. I've offered some to friends and children of friends, and they won't stop asking for more! I'm sure they will be ordering soon enough. I ate another in the taking of this photo! 😀

This is the second time I have purchased 2 lbs of unsweetened strawberry granules, we use them on top of baked desserts, chocolates, in fruit dips, icecream.
Sure it is a large amount but they have completely upgraded my smoothie game. The vibrant flavour really punches up the fruitiness when mixed with frozen fruit.
