Homemade Ice Cream Recipe:

Ingredients:

• 2 cups heavy cream
  
  
• 1 cup whole milk
  
  
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  
  
• 1 tablespoon freeze-dried yellow peach powder
  
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

• In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  
  
• Add the freeze-dried yellow peach powder to the mixture and whisk well to ensure it is fully incorporated. The powder will give the ice cream a delicious peach flavor.
  
  
• Stir in the vanilla extract and mix until everything is well combined.
  
  
• Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. This usually takes about 20-25 minutes until the mixture thickens and reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  
  
• Once the ice cream has reached the desired consistency, transfer it to a lidded container and place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours to firm up.

Note: If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer. Every 30 minutes, remove the dish from the freezer and stir the mixture vigorously to break up any ice crystals. Repeat this process 3-4 times until the ice cream is thick and creamy.
